• Interact with a Neighbours Fish Tank - 2 Social Points + 20 Simoleons
• Repairing or Cleaning Items in Neighbours Home - 2 Social Points + 10 Simoleons
• Interact with Video Camera - 2 Social Points + 5 Simoleons
• Serving Tapas in Neighbours Home - 2 Social Points + 5 Simoleons
• Interacting with Normal Skill Items in Neighbours Home - 3 Social Points
• Interacting with Haunted Cauldron or Haunted Organ - NoEnergy Required + 2 Social Points

Remember that these can only be performed at Neighbours houses that own these items.

Sims Social Quest Tricks:

Japanese Quest (11/14/2011):

 In the latest part of it, you have the task to buy 4 Japanese stuff for your home. It is not really a trick, but when you then go to "specials" (left from the shop when you go to it) and then click on the right arrow a few times, you then will find a carpet for 20 simeleons (darkgray). When you buy 4 of it, you have done your quest on a very cheap way.
